Renovation Spotlight- Chapel Hill

Our clients came to us because their children were now older with some moving on and it was time to renovate their home. The home was showing signs of age and wear and tear and it was evident that the layout was not really working for them.

What eventuated was a plan that opened up the living spaces and kitchen onto a great entertainment deck, a new kitchen, an ensuite added, two bathrooms and laundry completely gutted, remodelled and fitted out. 

Externally the pool had fallen into disrepair so it was retiled and the area around it paved, retaining walls built to deal with their water runoff issues.

At present the works are still in process and the RHQ Team and breathing a great deal of life into the home and it is indeed changing the entire dynamics of how the house will be lived in. Once again the clients will be able to entertain and live in a house that better suits their needs and lifestyle. It is a truely remarkable transformations that we are proud of and sure that our clients will be too.

Renovation Spotlight- Edmonstone Street, Newmarket

When our clients came to us they had spent about years trying to find a solution for their growing family. They were short on space but did not want to go to the extent of raising and building under. With some reconfiguring of the existing space to make more of each square metre, we were able to add an ensuite for the main room, an additional bedroom and a dedicated study.

All of this by just using the existing space to better effect. The outside was given some love (and lots of building work) and it sprung to life, revealing it’s classic beauty and former glory. The clients are so happy with the result and so were we of course!
