Since starting RHQ and becoming involved with our Clients at design stage I have recognized the importance of being involved at this early stage of planning the renovation.

It has become clear that simply having plans drawn by designers/architects and then sourcing a quote to bring these plans to life often brings the reality that the plans do not reflect the budget. This adds cost to the initial investment of plans through additional drafting and engineering changes.

Previously, like most Builders I avoided the design side of the renovation. The vision of RHQ is to offer complete service in the design, plan drafting, engineering, certification and approval of the proposed renovation.

With this in mind we can meet when our Clients have an idea to renovate, design the renovation to suit their checklist of needs and wants to suit their budget. Right from the start our Clients have practical and realistic guidance as to the cost and design of their renovation.

We offer our clients the opportunity to have us assist them with selection of finishes and fixtures, flooring options, plumbing selections and cabinetry options.

As part of our service we put you in touch with our suppliers to compare products, view samples and make selections. Our role is to make the process and decision making a bit simpler for you as we are well aware of the time limitations that our clients face.
